Staff in Day Treatment and Intensive In-Home programs may meet 11 hours SOC training requirement by attending one of two courses:

1) MeckCARES Beginner Series (11 hours): http://www.charmeck.org/Departments/MeckCARES/Training.htm

  • (MCTI) CFT 101 – Introduction to System of Care and Child and Family Teams
  • (MCTI) CFT 201 – Introduction to Child and Family Teams Coordination
  • (MCTI) CFT 202 – Strengths, Needs, & Culture Discovery for Child and Family Teams, and
  • (MCTI) CFT 203 – Creating Natural Supports through Child & Family Team Planning

OR

2) Introduction to Child and Family Teams: A Cross System Training from the Family’s Perspective (11 hours) offered through approved statewide training teams, NC State or UNCG (provided upon request only)
