                  The Alamance-Caswell-Rockingham Local Management Entity
                  (LME) is the local government agency charged with the responsibility
                  for overseeing the public mental health, developmental disabilities
                  and substance abuse services system for a three county catchment
                  area. This area consists of 257,135 covered lives and is located
                  between the Triad and Triangle regions of north central North Carolina.
                  The counties are a mix of rural and urban communities.

                  The LME is committed to the oversight of mental health, developmental
                  disabilities, and substance abuse services in Alamance, Caswell and
                  Rockingham Counties. The LME focus is on initiating and managing
                  these services in the most timely, efficient and effective manner possible.
